Premier Financial Services

Many companies ‘specialise’ in specific areas of business. Often this can just be a ‘one person add on’ to their core business. As we truly specialise in only three areas, we can genuinely operate as three separate specialist businesses that commercially compliment each other. Although the three businesses are separate, they each follow the same direction and are all supported by the financial strength of the Sagar Wright Search & Selection Group.

Nearly a decade of truly specialising in our markets, ensures that we are true experts at what we do.

Comprehensive Understanding

We undertake a very comprehensive fact-find with our clients for each assignment to ensure that we are completely aligned with their objectives.

UK Wide Market Knowledge

We literally know our markets ‘inside and out’. We know the differences between each firm and importantly, we fully understand the work that our candidates do in their individual roles. We can therefore be certain in our knowledge that a) our candidates are able to do the job and b) our candidates are able to do the job very well.

Unrivalled Network of contacts

After years of relationship building in our specialist markets, we can call literally hundreds of contacts for referrals of individuals who may be ‘right’ for our clients’ assignments. Rather than cold-call ‘potentials’ that have a slim chance of being ‘right’, we know who to call that has a major chance of being ‘right’ for the assignment. Our network of contacts is unrivalled.

Speed of results

Truly specialising in our markets for years, enables us to produce results at speed. This is often crucial to our new clients as they tend to turn to search firms at the eleventh hour, i.e. when their traditional recruiting methods let them down. They need their important hires ‘yesterday’ and as such they require us to deliver our assignment shortlists as soon as possible.

Guarantees

There can never be a guarantee that somebody will definitely accept a job with any client. However, because we are so good at what we do, we can and do produce a very ‘tight’ shortlist. This means that our shortlist will always produce a ‘close second’ who can be offered the job, if the No.1 choice turns the job down.
